Class V Truck with Plow and De-Ice Trailer shall consist of a diesel powered, all-wheel drive Class V truck (carrier vehicle) with flatbed equipped with a power reversible v snowplow with steel moldboard 10 feet in length, and a material spreader to apply liquid de-icing/anti-icing chemicals. The material spreader shall be a tow behind trailer.
