1. The internal expansion of the holdroom and the addition of an office suite within the terminal. The holdroom will be expanded with the removal and replacement/relocation of the aluminum storefront system that will increase the square footage of the holdroom by approximately 175SF. A gypsum stud wall will be extended to enclose the holdroom space. Floor, wall and ceiling finishes will be part of the renovation process. An additional power outlet will be placed in the holdroom. The office suite will consist of two rooms, one within the other. The offices will consist of gypsum stud walls with doors and one view window. Mechanical work for the new offices spaces will extend from existing terminal HVAC system and provide a new mechanical unit serving the office spaces. Relocation of existing service to existing spaces will also be a part of the Mechanical effort. Electrical work will include relocation of existing lighting and additional LED lighting in the office spaces. New power outlets and data drops will be added to these spaces. A secure entry to the suite will be provided.

The contractor will provide all temporary construction and signage to ensure the normal operations of the terminal will not be compromised and security for the sterile side of the terminal shall not be compromised.

$150,000 and $250,000.
